With concern, we follow in the Kuwaiti Progressive Movement, the Kuwaiti Committee for Peace and Solidarity, the Kuwaiti Democratic Youth Union, and the Labor Group, the frequent news of the increasing and outbreak of a new war in the Gulf region and the Arabian Peninsula through the Zionist entity targeting Iran with military strikes with the encouragement and support of Western imperialist circles, in which warlike tendencies are growing. It will lead to igniting a new devastating war in our Gulf region, and what such a war will represent in terms of new tragedies and a threat to peace and security in the region and the world.
The drums of war are beating, And here is the news that the Prime Minister of the Zionist entity, Benjamin Netanyahu, has invited the heads of the security services to secret sessions regarding a strike against Iran, in light of the exacerbation of the internal political and economic crisis of this aggressive entity . This was in the wake of disturbing statements issued by the Director of the International Atomic Energy Agency, Andrea Grossi, about the collapse of negotiations aimed at reviving the Iranian nuclear agreement, as well as in conjunction with the visit of British Foreign Secretary James Cleverly to Washington for talks with his American counterpart, Anthony Blinken, on the so-called "Iran file".
Hence, we warn of the danger of the outbreak of a new war of aggression in our region...and we call on the forces of peace in the world to confront this dangerous trend, and to do everything they can to prevent the outbreak of war.
